Mr. Srivathsa has over 15 years of experience in the cardiovascular medical device field in Fortune 500 and high-growth organizations. Before joining Kyma, he was the VP of Sales, Marketing & Customer Operations at Corventis (acquired by Medtronic), where he helped bring ambulatory monitoring technologies to market. As a member of the Sales Management team at Boston Scientific Cardiac Rhythm Management (previously Guidant CRM), he was the recipient of numerous sales leadership awards. At Guidant CRM, he also managed worldwide strategic planning and product launch for the Heart Failure and LATITUDE Patient Management projects. Mr. Srivathsa holds an MBA from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD), Switzerland, an Executive Masters in International Trade from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), India, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University, India.


Mr. Weinstein has over 20 years of experience in leading R&D teams in the fields of radar systems, communications systems, and medical devices in leading Israeli companies, such as ELTA and Elisra. Mr. Weinstein is a successful entrepreneur, having co-founded numerous start-ups, including Marconi-Gnome and Tactile Technologies. Mr. Weinstein holds degrees in Physics, Mathematics and Computer Sciences from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and is a graduate of the prestigious Talpiot elite academic program of the Israel Defense Forces.


In a medical technology career spanning 20 years, Ms. Bhat has worked with a variety of companies in the IVF, Cardiology and GI space overseeing regulatory submissions, approvals, labeling and commercial compliance for Class II and III medical devices in the U.S. and internationally. Prior to Kyma, Ms. Bhat served as the Vice-President of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Compliance at Barrx Medical (acquired by Covidien), and Vice-President of Clinical & Regulatory Affairs at Corventis (acquired by Medtronic). Ms. Bhat has a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Mumbai, India, an additional diploma in Social Media and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Duke University, North Carolina.


Mr. Mosesko has over 20 years of experience in leading Hardware & Architecture R&D, and Manufacturing & Operation teams in the fields of Communication systems, Radar & Imaging Systems, VLSI Design, and Medical Devices from start-ups as well International companies such as 3Com, Infineon, Camero-Tech and Scorpio (US Robotics). His vast experience has been obtained during years of design and implementation of Cad systems as well as ERP, PLM systems, and Regulatory & QA processes. Mr. Mosesko holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Coventry University.
